Ingredients
½ block of halloumi
3 eggs
2 slices of sourdough bread
1 tbsp of cooking oil
½ cup of parsley
Salt and pepper
Optional: 1 tsp of mustard

3. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl, add the parsley and season well (add mustard if you're using it).

4. Dip sourdough in egg mix and then in halloumi.
