Smoked Salmon Bagel

1 bagel of your choice3 slices of smoked salmon
1 cup semi-sundried tomatoes
2 roasted peppers from jar
50g cashew nuts
1 lemon
1/2 avocado
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp dill, parsley or chives
2 cups rocket
1. Here are all your ingredients. Let's make a Smoked Salmon Bagel.
2. Peel the garlic and put the cashew nuts, roasted peppers and sun-dried tomatoes into a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Blend together all the ingredients to make your romesco sauce and put in the refrigerator to chill.
4. Now let's build the bagel.
