1 cooked chicken breast
100g of chorizo
6 eggs
1 cup parsley
1 small courgette
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Here are your ingredients

2. Cut cooked chicken breast and chorizo into smaller pieces, grate the courgette, chop your parsley and beat your eggs.

3. Add a splash of oil to a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add all your ingredients except the eggs. 

4. Once you've fried off the ingredients, add your egg mixture.

5. Mix all your ingredients together, pop on a lid and allow to cook for three minutes.

6. Once cooked, slice into triangles. Serve straight away or enjoy cold later.
