Triple Protein Wraps

A bite-sized snack packed with protein. Batch make these for a little protein hit before your morning training session.

Ingredients

Makes 6

2 chicken breasts
100g of ricotta
A handful of sun-dried tomatoes
1tbsp of chopped parsley
1tsp of cooking oil
6 slices of cheese for shells
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Preheat your oven to 180C and cook your chicken for 25 minutes - you'll need to pull this later.

2. Place sliced cheese on a lined baking tray.

3. Fold through ricotta, parsley and pulled chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Pull the melted cheese out of the oven and cool for 10 seconds.

5. Place a tablespoon of chicken mix, tomato and rocket on top of each melted slice.
