Pizza Egg Bites

A low carb, high protein pre-workout breakfast perfect for when you're on the go. 

Ingredients

Makes 12

10 medium eggs

50g grated parmesan
50g grated cheddar
12 slices of pepperoni
5 slice of ham
120g pizza sauce
A few leaves of basil
8 sprays of cooking spray
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Get all your ingredients together. Preheat your oven to 180C.

2. Chop the ham, pepperoni and basil, grate the cheese and beat the eggs.

3. Mix together the ham, cheese, basil and eggs, then season with salt and pepper.

4. Line a muffin tray with squares of parchment paper and spray them with oil. Pour the mix into the muffin tray.

5. Bake for 12 minutes.

6. Pull the tray from the oven and spoon a little bit of the pizza sauce on top of each egg bite. Then top each one with a sprinkle of grated cheese and pepperoni before baking them for a further 8 minutes.
