Enter for a chance to win a 12 month Subscription to the Runna app and a Myprotein nutrition and clothing bundle - Prize Draw Rules (“Rules”)

These Rules set out how you can enter for a chance to win a Prize by participating in our prize draw (“Prize Draw”). There will be 11 total winners of the Prizes. The Promoter is THG Nutrition Limited (trading as Myprotein) whose registered office is at Icon 1 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Ringway, Altrincham, United Kingdom, WA15 0AF (“Myprotein” or “we”). The Runna app Subscription is provided by The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ the “Prize Provider”.

By entering the Prize Draw, you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall be unconditionally bound by them. A copy of these Rules shall be available at (https://www.myprotein.com/c/partnerships/iceland/competition/(“Landing Page”) for the duration of the Prize Draw. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with Myprotein terms and conditions, available at https://www.myprotein.com/customer-services/terms-and-conditions.list.

We reserve the right to amend these Rules without notice from time to time and/or to cancel the Prize Draw at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

How to enter

To be entered into this Prize Draw, you will need to:

(a) Scan the QR code found on the Myprotein frozen meal range products sold in allIceland Foods Limited (company number: 01107406, “Iceland”)stores across the UK (“Stores”) subject to availability and online at www.iceland.co.uk or on the Myprotein branded banners on Iceland fridges in the Stores which will take you to the Prize Draw Landing Page ; and

(b) Enter your email address into the data capture box on the Prize Draw Landing Page,

points (a) – (b) above altogether shall be a “Qualifying Entry”.

For an additional entry, find the Prize Draw post promoting the Prize Draw located on the Myprotein Instagram page and share it to your Instagram story (“Additional Qualifying Entry”).

Entries are limited to one Qualifying Entry and one Additional Qualifying Entry per person and one per household. For the avoidance of doubt individual entrants may not use multiple email addresses for the purposes of entry into the Prize Draw. Myprotein reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

Opening and closing dates

The Prize Draw will begin at 12:01 GMT on 1st January 2025 (“Opening Date”) and will close at 11:59 GMT on 16^th February 2025 (“Closing Date”), at which point the winner will be announced on 3 March 2025. Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by Myprotein for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the Closing Date. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

Who can enter and entry restrictions

You must be at least aged 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Myprotein reserve the right to request proof of age and residency before awarding any prize and to disqualify any entrant who is unable to provide such proof on request.

You are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw if you are an employee of Myprotein, any THG company or the Prize Provider, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

Prizes/Free Gift

There will be 11 winners:

1) The first entrant drawn will be the winner of an ultimate running bundle (worth £548.86) which contains:

· a 12 month premium Runna subscription which includes customisable training plans, synchronised pace setting, nutrition advice, running form tips, personalised strength, conditioning and mobility support and key exercises for injuries (“Subscription”),

· 1 x “MP Unisex Hydration Vest” available in S/M/L,

· the winner’s choice of 1 x “MP Velocity” clothing item (t-shirt, leggings, sports bra, hoodie in sizes XS to XXXL),

· 3 x “THE Energy Gel – HYROX” (20 x 70g),

· 3 x “Clear Whey Protein Powder” tubs (20 Servings),

· 3 x “THE Electro – HYROX” (30 Servings),

· 3 x “Crispy Protein Wafer” boxes, and

· 1 x “Impact Pre Workout” (250g)

The winner of the ultimate running bundle shall choose the flavour of the Energy Gel, Clear Whey Protein, The Electro, Crispy Wafers and Impact Pre Workout.

2) The next 5 entrants drawn will be winners of a nutrition-based bundle (worth £152.98) which contains:

· 1 x “Clear Whey Protein Powder” (20 Servings)

· 1 x “THE Energy Gel – HYROX” (20 x 70g),

· a MP Unisex Hydration Vest,

· a pair of MP Running Socks, and

· a MP Relaxed Fit Baseball Cap.

The winners of the nutrition-based bundle shall choose the flavour of the Energy Gel and Clear Whey Protein.

3) The last 5 entrants drawn will be the winners of 3 month premium Subscription to the Runna app,

(each a ‘Prize’ and together the ‘Prizes’).

All entrants to the Prize Draw will receive an email with a code as soon as their email has been entered into the data capture box that can be redeemed against a 2-week free trial to the Runna app (“Gift”). The Gift will be subject to the entrant being a new user of the Runna app.

Following the expiry of the Gift, users will be charged for the monthly plan unless the membership is cancelled prior to the renewal date. Where a winner’s flavour choice for the nutrition products is out of stock, Myprotein will allow the winners to select another product flavour that is available.

The winners will be selected at random by a draw performed by a random computer process from all eligible entries and will be notified by email within 14 days of the Closing Date (“Prize Notification”). The winners must respond by email to the Prize Notification to confirm that the winners accept the Prize and must provide the details requested in the Prize Notification to the Promoter. Failure by the winners to respond to the Prize Notification and provide the details requested in the Prize Notification to the Promoter within 14 days of the Promoter sending the Prize Notification will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winners and Myprotein reserve the right to select another winner (again selected using a random computer process draw) from all remaining eligible entries. Please allow 28 days from the date that the relevant Prize is claimed by a winner for delivery.

Any queries in relation to the Myprotein products included within the Prizes must be directed to Myprotein and any queries in relation to the Subscription(s) must be directed to The Run Buddy Ltd (partnerships@runna.com).

Each Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prizes will be offered. The Prizes are not transferable.

A Prize may not be claimed by a third party on a winner's behalf. Myprotein do not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up a Prize.

Only 1 prize per entrant and per household.

Except to the extent that Myprotein is prevented by law from doing so, Myprotein will publish the surname and town/county of residence of the Prize winners on Myprotein’s websites and social media pages. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact Myprotein (0161 813 1487) and the Prize Provider (01235 777 700). In such circumstances, Myprotein may still provide this information to a relevant regulator on request.

Disqualification

To claim a Prize, an entrant must have complied with and remain in compliance with these Rules. If an entrant does not comply with all of the above requirements within the above time frames, or does not otherwise comply with these Rules, Myprotein may disqualify the entrant without any liability to that entrant.

Third party, script, macro, bulk and/or automated applications shall not be accepted. Entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Myprotein reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entrants who we consider to have used improper technical means to enter the Prize Draw and/or we believe have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities in connection with the Prize Draw.

Taxes

The Prizes may be taxable income under the laws applicable to the winner(s). To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any taxes applicable to the Prizes are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner(s). The winner(s) are solely responsible for reporting the Prizes to the relevant tax authorities, and paying all taxes applicable to the Prizes, as required by the applicable tax laws. Upon request from Myprotein, a winner will promptly complete and submit to Myprotein and/or the Prize Provider all tax forms, certificates or authorizations as may be necessary under the applicable tax laws.

Limitation of Liability

Myprotein and Iceland will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner(s) or any entrant to comply with these Rules; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Prize Draw, if it is possible (and in Myprotein’s discretion).

By participating, entrants agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to release the Myprotein and the Prize Provider and each of their respective affiliates, divisions, retailers (including Iceland) or distributors or advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective owners, members, officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, which entrant may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including but not limited to, any death, injury, loss of enjoyment, damage to computer equipment, or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by participation in the Prize Draw, and/or in connection with the awarding, receipt and use or misuse of the Prize, and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.Everything regarding this Prize Draw, including the prizes, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Winners acknowledge that Myprotein and the Prize Provider nor their agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify Myprotein and the Prize Provider and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agencies at all times from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to your participation in this Prize Draw or receipt or use of any Prize.

By participating in this Prize Draw, you agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law: (1) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred, (if any), not to exceed twenty five pounds sterling (£25.00), but in no event will legal fees be awarded or recoverable; (2) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed twenty five pounds sterling (£25.00), and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (3) your remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and you irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Notwithstanding this section (Limitation of Liability), nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude the Myprotein’s or the Prize Provider’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.

Data Protection

We collect and use personal data to conduct the Prize Draw, as is necessary for us to be able to perform our agreement with you and in order to comply with our legal obligations, including to select the winners, deliver the prizes and free gift and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations). We will only send you marketing messages if you indicate that you consent (e.g. by "opting-in") to receiving such messages. By choosing to opt-in to receive communications from Myprotein, you will be indicating that you consent to receiving marketing messages to your device in respect of similar products and services. You may opt out of receiving further marketing at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The Prize Draw, these Rules and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The above choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive entrants of the protection under mandatory statutory provisions that cannot be waived under the law which would have otherwise been applicable.

General

Myprotein’s decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any provision of these Rules (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions (or any part thereof) shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) will remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein.

The original version of these Rules is drafted in the English language. If these Rules are translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
