Mahi Mahi Portions

Our Mahi Mahi are line caught in the Pacific ocean and have a wonderful firm texture with large moist flakes. Mahi Mahi have a sweet, mildly pronounced flavour, similar to swordfish.

By freezing immediately after your fish is caught, the much lower temperature locks in the freshness and preserves the fish naturally, so that when you defrost and cook your product, the quality is high.

Your order arrives perfectly packed with dry ice, recycled cardboard in an insulated cool box, so your goods will be protected and kept frozen solid. Your food arrives frozen in convenient portion sizes, ready to put straight into your home freezer.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Mahi Mahi goes great grilled with flavour like ginger and orange.

Cooking Instructions

Shallow Fry (from chilled): 1. Pre-heat oil in a pan on a medium heat, 2. Remove product from packaging, 3. Bring the meat to room temperature, 4. Place in the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes each side, carefully turning occasionally, 5. Rest fish in foil for up to 5 minutes after cooking for best results.
