Choline can be produced in the human body. Natural sources of choline include egg yolk, legumes, wheat germ, peanuts, and organ meats. Bitarate is added to the choline.

Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 500mg, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily.
