It's the perfect choice to provide your muscles with the protein they need for growth and maintenance,1 as each serving delivers 21g of protein – in a form that's easily absorbed by the small intestines. This makes it an ideal shake for supporting your body after a training session.
Using an expert filtration process that keeps the protein in a more natural form, there are less of the unnecessary extras in this powder – with a minimal 0.6g of fat and 0.7g of sugar per serving (flavour dependant).
There's also a high leucine content, which is an essential amino acid that occurs naturally in dairy protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle.1
