2. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

- Mix 15.7g (approx. 1 scoop) with 350ml of water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. Consume once daily. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
