What does Clear Whey Hydrate taste like?

Our Clear Whey Hydrate is a light, tasty, fruity alternative to traditional protein shakes. With three delicious flavours, Lemon & Lime, Grape, and Pink Grapefruit, it’s the perfect drink for those wanting a lighter taste to creamy protein shakes.

1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
3. Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

We recommend 1 scoop (15g) mixed with 200-300ml cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink.
