Best shake ever!!
Normally I don’t really bothered with reviews, but after reading the low rated review of this product, I feel I have to do sth, as those low rates were really unfair!! Given a 2 star just cos they haven’t got the specific flavour? It’s soooo not right! And about the tase? I don’t know what’s the main purpose of using the shake here? The taste or result? Well for me, this IS the best of both that I’ve ever encountred! I had the strawberry flavoured one as I’m no big fan of chocolate ~ so can’t really say much about the chocolate flavours. BUT the strawberry one is absolutely divine! Mixing is ok, I had it with milk and with water on the go when milk is not available, both worked well~ I’m using the shaker with a spring ball mix. Also I found out mix with room or warmer temperature fluid makes it easier and gives smoother texture. As for the result, I could never be happier!! I’m on a low carb diet plan, this shake has the lowest carb content which just perfect!! I would have it for my 3 meal if I could, but for the healthier living, I kept one meal with real food of veg and lean meat. Goes Well With:Milk or water

Great taste and perfect for my macros
Ordered the product last Friday and really impressed with the taste and texture. I bought Chocolate Brownie and one of the best shakers I've ever had. The protein content is a good amount, unlike many of diet blend shakes in the market and the fat/carbs are extremely low which is great. Early days but the product is fitting in perfectly as a protein hit mid-morning at the moment. Really recommend others give it a try! Goes Well With:Morning and afternoon cravings!

Tastes good and satisfies hunger
This is my second tub of this Diet shake. I have it for my lunch every week day and I’ve lost 1 stone 3 lbs in the past 9 weeks. I chose salted caramel flavour which is delicious. Sometimes I throw a few blueberries in and that turns it a weird colour but tastes great. It’s working for me so I would recommend it! Goes Well With:Blueberries or raspberries thrown in.

Really good meal replacement and minimal calories. Once I’ve had this in the morning I’m not hungry until lunchtime.

Really like this shake mixes well. If you drink it straight away it can be gritty but if you leave it for 5mins they Dissolves. Also very filling and low calories. Strawberry is very nice too, I use skimmed milks.Goes Well With:Diet and exercise

Protein tastes just like strawberry milk, not too grainy and not too artificial. Easy on the stomach and doesn't make me feel too bloated which is a bonus as most proteins do. Fills you up and helps you not eat food you don't need which is good for the "diet" side of it. Goes Well With:Milk

Incredible Taste, Incredible Results!
