120g of chicken mince
120g of sliced ham
50g of grated cheese of your choice
1 egg
3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
1 tbsp of cajun spice
2 tbsp of Philadelphia cheese
1 tsp of cooking oil
5 sprigs of chives

1. Here are your ingredients. Let's get started

2. Put your minced chicken, cajun spice, egg, breadcrumbs and chopped chives into a large mixing bowl.

3. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.

4. Roll the mince mixture into 3cm meatballs.
