Plus, we’ve added a whole host of popular and highly researched ingredients, including 8g of citrulline malate, 3.5g of beta alanine, 4g of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and finally 250mg of L-theanine.

1. Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and capacity. Caffeine helps to improve concentration and increase alertness.

Mix 2 level scoops (20g) with 300-400ml of water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Consume once daily.
