5Love the tablet form as capsules give me heart burn so really happy my protein supply my preference to early to comment on hair growth but my skin and nails are looking pretty good 👍 Will definitely be buying again great value for money ⭐️

Amazing product as of 3 weeks
5I don’t usually write reviews for products but this one I had too. This vitamin has helped my hair in wonders, as of 3 weeks of taking it. My hair used to be really flat and dry by over shampooing and stress. As of now, it has gotten shinier and more full. I also suffered with slow hair growth, but it seems like it’s helping speed it up abit. I stopped using shampoo and conditioner for a week and regularly changed my pillow case which also added to my hair health. As for my nails I don’t really notice a change but my nails have always been good. But I 100% recommend this product. Try it for a month and see the benefits.Goes Well With:No hair products for a week, deep clean hair with warm shower water daily. Limit shampoo usage 1 a day

5I have been taking My Proein biotin since Feburary 2024. It has made my hair stronger n helped with the hair fall too. The price is very resonable. Will purchase it again.

5Hair coming out my ears never had that problem before so I'm guessing it's the biotin..recovering from hair transplant reson I started to take them

These seem to help
5I wanted to add more vitamins to my routine, as I believe this is one of the best ways to receive the absorption. These seem to help, my skin is definitely clearer and brighter - plus the tablets are tiny so easy to swallow with it without water!

4I’ve been taking these for around two weeks now so probably not long enough to get a fully fleshed out opinion but I’ve had no bad reactions. I usually have builder gel on my nails so haven’t noticed better nail strength but I do feel good taking them and will update any progress later on when I have been using them for a longer time.
