It’s hardly a shock to learn that the world’s strongest brothers eat a lot on an average day. And while that remains true in their latest “What I Eat In A Day” video, it’s worth bearing in mind that this is the Tom and Luke Stoltman on a cut.
In the video, the brothers eat some of their go-to recipes and explain the logic from their nutritionist for each one. Spoiler — there are loads of eggs, potatoes and rice incoming. Here’s a macro breakdown of what the guys eat in a day.
The Stoltman brothers are on a bit of a cut at the moment, — trying to lose some body fat —, so this day of eating is far less than what it would be when prepping for a comp. And Tom’s feeling great about it.
“I feel quite energised on this diet” “When we eat the bigger calorie diets iI I feel quite lethargic, quite bloated, quite full all the time and it takes away my energy., I feel like I need to sleep a lot more when I’m a little bit heavier. At the moment, I’m raring to go.”
