Ingredients
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Salted Caramel)
- 1 scoop Instant Oats or blitzed rolled oats
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp. All-Natural Almond Butter
- 250 ml milk
Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a glass to enjoy immediately or pour into your shaker to take on the go.
