Ingredients
- 1-inch fresh turmeric root (grated) or 1 tbsp. turmeric powder
- 300 ml coconut water
- 150 g frozen tropical fruit mix or 150g fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop Clear Whey Protein – Mango & Coconut
Instructions
1.
Add the turmeric, coconut water, frozen fruit, and scoop of protein to a blender.
2.
Blitz until smooth. Add a couple of ice cubes if you want to thicken the shake.
3.
Enjoy immediately for a post-workout pick me up.
