4It is really important to try the samples before buying a big bag of the nutrition powder as some really do not taste as you would expect them to. I really liked the natural banana and now have dark chocolate but it doesn't really taste like dark chocolate to me :-( I've tried some of the other flavours and they are a bit hit and miss as to whether they taste as advertised.

5Loved this really helpful and loved the recipes in this a long side the other not just chicken and rice. I suffer from body dismophia and eating disorders so this has been life changing for me and a huge step for me going forward. Much love to the my protein team ❤️❤️

Protein porridge
4Fruit flavoured proteins arnt too nice at all really. Other proteins are nice, I love the pre workout gels but not so much the stuff you mix with water. Goes Well With:I mix protein into my porridge each morning, usually the golden syrup flavour

Protein and creatine powder order
4Ordered mass protein powder and some creatine. Both arrived very quickly. The powders mix well and have a good taste overall.
