"Goes really well with my whey protein, and I also stick my daily creatine mono in with this all at once. Good with some Peanut Butter too, a good bulking shake."

"mixes great,price is great,taste is fine (i seriously do not know what all of the fuss is about,no wonder us brits have a rep as being moaners abroad) i use 3 scoops twice a day but not put much on at all so might increase to 4 scoops or take 3 times a day!"

"Never really been into using stuff already pre packed etc, but getting to the stage were needs must (and older) i am 6ft 3in and weigh 17stone, and i must admit this is a damn good product, in the morn before i go out, i throw it in the shaker with protein, acid, creatine and water, shake and neck it, i love it, and it actually does keep me going, very good delivery time aswell, Thank you A ++++++"

"I always used to have the endless battle with breakfast in the mornings until I bought this. Mixed with a choc mint protein to give a flavour and soya milk this now keeps me going well beyond lunch before I feel peckish again. Yes it comes out lumpy, yes it doesn't taste too good on it's own but just shake harder and add something with flavour! If I've had a long day and can't face cooking or if it's getting too late a quick shake of this and i'm settled for the night."

"EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! cheap price and no faults. i bought 5 bags of the 5kg bag,( unflavoured) i take 2 scoops of the oats and drink it with milk 1 hour before the workout and take 2 creatine tablets with it. i've gained about 53 kgs in the past year of using this prodcut along with my creatien tabelets. 5 stars :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))"

"Just bought 1KG bag of the Chocolate flavor and i still can't believe it.... It tastes amazing, by far one the best tasting protein products I've tasted (and I've tried a lot!) If you are using the product to curb snacking between meals or as a filling breakfast then you will not be disappointed. The Chocolate flavor also adds a greater filling sense and cuts the craving for sweet snacks if you are easily tempted. I would advise to mix with milk this will also stop you feeling hungry sooner and in my opinion make it taste better."

"i ordered 2 1kg bags one cho smooth the other banana Mix-ability - cho smooth mixed very well but the banana didnt mix very well there where bits in the banana one, this made it very off putting. Taste - the taste was ok on them both but i preferred the cho smooth over the banana. effectiveness - they work very well. overall a good product if you do not mind the bits, i do not like any bits at all and because of this i am thinking of trowing out the banana one"

"I mix 100g of oats with 50g of whey, 200ml of egg whites and 200ml of water post workout. Mixes well, gives the shake a nice consistency and leaves you feeling full for hours. Convenient and cheap, will definitely buy again."

"I was struggling to feel for any longer than an hour or 2 at most with shakes alone so I thought I'd give this a try.........results have been great! Feeling fuller for 3 to 4 hours now,and no snacking in between meals! 1 shake for breakfast,1 for Lunch,then a healthy dinner.....lean meat and veg! Have lost 1 stone in weight and feel great!"

I dont know why everyone moans about the way it mixes. People want to know f its effective. If you dont like it then dont have it. As long as it works who cares? I think its a great product!
