"oats are a must to make solid muscles, these ones are very thin and mix very well with protein powder, just by hand shaking the bottle! You hardly see any flakes. I also tried Bulkpow- oats and those are much thicker, I'll always buy these from MyPro- as a result, also shipment to Ireland (ROI) is half price compared to most other UK sites (ok it's a bit slower, not much though) , good stuff!"

"If you were considering this and you've read the other comments you're likely to try it yourself anyway. All I would add is that this mixes and tastes better than some make out, and is suprisingly something of a sweet treat (with flavoured protein) if you're on a particularly strict diet."

"I use 2 scoops of this this in my PWO shake. Goes down a treat. Mixes great with water, no lumps etc. Highly recommended!"

"I cannot recommend this stuff enough! I mix 2 scoops of this with 1 scoop of whey protein and a teaspoon of Aminos every morning and drink with my breakfast. I also use for my post workout shake. My tip when mixing this would be to put the liquid in first, followed by the powders as this prevents any lumps a bit better."

"I use 30g of this added to 30g of whey twice a day with a normal evening meal and I have noticed a difference in my energy levels while training. Great product great price and very versatile use it suit your goals, bulk up, tone up, diet anything goes with this product"

"Definatley need an electric blender, but apart from that its ace. Have it every morning with 30g unflavoured whey ,flaxseed and multi vit. Seen good lean gains. Brilliant as a pre workout meal too, will definatley keep you going!"

Been using this now for about a week and have to say it is amazing great for breakfast is great in milk and a whey shake but is still acceptable in water and tastes great in anything makes me feel full at breakfast and my energy levels for the day are stable.
