"These are Awesome. Mix well with MP Max protein using water or milk. A great source of carbs and taste good. If i miss breakfast (tut tut!!), have 4 scoops in a shaker and add milk/water. Sorted."

"Been using these for 2 months now. I've found when trying to bulk up, most carbs just bloat me, Oats without a doubt are the best source of carbs i've used, I feel strong during work outs and seem to pack on mass without increasing inches around the mid section. I have 1/2 scoops of whey impact (chocolate, giving 20/40g protein)) and 2 scoops of oats (giving 60g carbs) with 300 ml of water, 3 - 4 times a day, with my meals. Mixes really well. Defo worth a try!! Tastes good, tried with normal oats from supermarket, believe me, doesn't work, just wont mix, cant get the oats fine enough."

I got some oats and I use them in my breakfast and pwo shakel. They mix well and the flavour isn't bad at all. I was just wondering if this oats can be consumed cooked as any oats because I only use to eat them raw in my shakes

"Excellent Delivery as per usual. I find the oats mix well with milkshake, water or fruit juice. I need the flavour so i dont have it just with water, but a friend has it with just water and he likes it so thats just personal preference. A good alternative to breakfast, if you wake up and just cant eat but need to kickstart your metabolism. I use it to supplement my diet. Awesome product. Tom Bamber"

"I've added Oats to my morning shake for ages. Just blend the oats on thier on, till they are as fine as dust, add the rest of your ingredients. \n\nHaving them already turned to dust would help anyone mixing up a shake without a blender (post work out, at work etc)\n\n\nBTW, poridge (oats and hot water) was used to feed slaves in ancient times and seen as a very cost effictive way of fueling the slave work force."

"WOW. Im impressed. I ordered the Scottish Oats on Wednesday night and I recieved them on Friday. Thats impressive.\nIm going to try them tonight after my workout.\n\nI was just wondering though. How much do people take, I bought the 1KG bag and it says 100 grams 3 times a day. Thats only going to last me 10 days.\n\nHow much do you lot take in every day?"
