Mixes pretty well but it settles very easily at the bottom so you have to shake a couple of times during drinking. Mixes well with other things. Overall pretty good.

Doesnt taste terrible alone but Mixes well with proteins and creatine etc useful as a carb boost before gym for general energy also goes well in breakfast shakes for a complete meal with dairy protein carbs sugars etc

"I can't understand the other reviews that say this stuff doesn't mix, it mixes great! I use 100g oats with 30g whey and half pint water. 30 seconds with a handheld blender, jobs done. No grittiness or lumps at all. Down in one!"

"This stuff is great. I was very suprised in how well it mixed, then how creamy it tasted. Mixed 60 grams of mp oats with 20 grams mp whay, 1 pint of semi skimmed and a bit of chocolate crusher, it made a great early morning shake. Cant wait to see its bulking effects."
