"Congratulations to Oliver and the team in succeeding where many other firms have failed - in sourcing and offering a genuinely ULTRA-fine form of good old fashioned scottish oats.\r\n\r\nThey really do mix easily - like another reviewer, I simply add a 40g scoop to a large glass/beaker of protein shake and water (or sometimes even milk) - and stir WITH A FORK - and it still mixes quickly and easily - no grit.\r\n\r\nThanks guys.\r\n\r\nPrash."

I wanted to add a low GI carb source to my protein shake that mixed well enough to drink down easily - these ultra fine scottish oats are perfect for the job and taste good too!
