MP - Rolled Oats
Surprised no one has reviewed this product yet!! I've always preferred rolled oats to instant because they aren't as refined/processed. It's very simple to make if you have little time in the mornings like myself - 2 scoops, 200/220ml water, 2 minutes in the microwave and there you have it!! Mix in a scoop of impact whey and some frozen berries and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast. However....if you stress and scrutinise over your macros, take into account that a level MP scoop = 30g oats not 25g as it says on the bag......so it will be a 60g serving which gives the following values: 221cals, 7.4g protein, 33.6g carbs, and 5g fat Goes Well With:Impact Whey, Zero Syrup, Frozen Berries, Peanut/Almond Butter

Good product
Recently bought these as part of my first buy from my protein. Great value for money will definitely be buying them again. Have been having them every morning: half a scoop of oats, 10g chia seeds, 100g alpro coconut yoghurt, splash of almond milk, left in fridge over night and topped with blueberries and banana.

So much better than instant oats !
Took a few weeks to get used to these but now I love them. I stay fuller for longer, have plenty of energy and look forward to my breakfast everyday. Get some peanut butter to go with it and you won’t be picking throughout the morning. Goes Well With:Table spoon of peanut butter

Great but directions are wrong
These oats are great quality, great tasting and a perfect breakfast to fill you up for a long time or fuel up before the gym. Unfortunately with all of that said, the directions on the packaging are completely useless. It says to mix one scoop with 200ml of water or milk and microwave for 2 minutes. IF you do this, you will get a bowl that is 90% liquid with some raw-tasting oats floating around in it. Use 100ml of milk, in my experience this dissolves the oats into the milk better, isn't too watery and results in a much better texture.

Lunch time meal
This is a great high quality oat which can be mixed with a variety of protein powders and supplements. I like to cover the oats in water and microwave for a minute before mixing in whey protein and creatine monohydrate. To complete the process I then microwave for a further minute, sugar free golden syrup topped with blueberries to finish 👌🏽 Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate, sugar free golden syrup
