Hair and nails noticeably stronger
5I didn’t know if these were working until I ran out and stopped them for 3 weeks and my nails started splitting and more hair than usual came away when washing. I now order this religiously and make sure I never run out!!

Brilliant!
5Have been taking Biotin along with the Hair, Skin and Nails tablets and have seen a noticeable difference in my hair, but also improved skin!

Growing new hair
5I never write reviews for anything but for the last 4/5 months I’ve been taking biotin, collagen, retinol and hormone balance vitamins and the difference they have made has been amazing. I have started growing so many new hairs, to the point where I’ve basically grown a full fringe! I can’t say for certain which of the combination has helped my hair growth but I know I won’t be stopping any of them anytime soon. Worth the buy!

4I’ve been taking biotin for over 6 months and have noticed a real difference to the strength of my nails and my hair feels shinier. Small tablet, easy to swallow.

Healthy Skin, Hair & Nails
5Prior to taking biotin I really didn’t think or believe that a wee pill could improve hair or nail growth. I was proven very wrong. My nails had never been so strong and I started growing baby hairs at the age of 23. I decided to continue the use of these during pregnancy and they continued to really help. So much so I’m sure my daughters skin is so beautiful due to the biotin through Breastmilk. Highly recommend, so much so my partner has a daily biotin too and it also works for him.

Very good product.
5I have been taking this a couple weeks with the collagen and my gosh, the difference in my hair and skin is great. I have thin hair that falls out and now my hair doesn’t fall out as much. The regrowth of my hair is actually healthy and I also feel my skin, gut health and body feels generally better.

5I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and I was told to take biotin tablets they have been brilliant with keeping my hair and skin healthy would 100% recommend to anyone
