Stronger nails and hair
5I have noticed a big difference in taking these supplements - my hair and nails are so much healthier and stronger! I also take the collagen and retinol from myprotein - seems to be the cheapest place to source them and I just add it in the basket when I’m doing shop for the essentials - protein preworkout etc :)

5I used thes a few months ago but ran out and saw a big difference when not using them! My hair is definately thicker and less fall out i will keep taking these and they come in a bigger size bottle so its more convienient too...thanks my protein!

5honestly bought these with such low expectations because nothing ever helps my hair grow but i’ve been taking them for nearly 3 months and i can see a noticeable difference in the speed of growth, so so happy & i’ll definitely be buying more xx
