5I love these as a mid morning snack or as a replacement for lunch (with another protein product). They are easy to eat on the go and ideal for days that I'm out of the office and when i don't want to turn to a meal deal or sandwich.

Disgusting
1Had high expectations but they were a big disappointment. Very bitter taste and not a fan of the structure. The 6 layer one however was heavenly so going for that instead.Goes Well With:Nothing

3I trued peanut butter and caramel nut flavors, but none of them tasted for me. Macros are pretty okay, but taste is really very chemical, I’m sure that I’m not gonna order these ones again. If compare those 2 flavors, peanut butter is much better.Goes Well With:With some good strong coffee to forget the taste

Avoid
1I very rarely leave reviews, but feel the need to after trying one of these things. Genuinely the worst bar I’ve had in years. Absolute horrible chemical taste to them, texture isn’t nice either and it took quite a long time to eat this. Waste of money. Not decided what to do with the other 11 bars yet. Miles and miles away from the other leading brands. Avoid. Goes Well With:Anything to take the taste away.

Great for Low Carb Keto diet
5I have been looking for a bar that delivers protein , keeps my net carbs down to 1 or 2g per bar and most importantly teases yummy. I have found it. I'm munching through the caramel nut and can't praise it enough.
