A great start to the day
4I bought this with several things in mind. I'm tracking my macros for weight loss and I needed something quick and easy for breakfast, that I could have on the go. I chose the coffee flavour. It is thick (which I like) and VERY filling so stops the mid morning cravings. Conscious of the "grainy" comments on previous reviews, I confess to blending it in my Ninja and I added some flavdrops too. No complaints here but I might try adding a shot of espresso to increase the coffee flavour. Too early to comment on its effectiveness, but this will be a regular purchase.Goes Well With:Water, Flavdrops

Prefer the Meal replacement Protein
3This new brand it far too thick for my liking. I find myself only mixing the 2 scoop snack rather than the 4 scoop meal. As this was bought as a meal replacement for my breakfast and lunch this is not good as I won't be getting the full nutrients. Yes I tried to double the water but then it doesn't mix easily as the space in the shaker is limited, making 2 shakes is best. Also when on the this shake I have lost no weight. the meal replacement protein shakes following the same diet and exercise routine I was loosing 1-2 lbs a week. I know this could be down to other thing but they are 400cals per meal which is a lot for a replacement shake. I will be sticking to the Protein Meal replacement Shake from now on. Goes Well With:Creatine Powder

Actually pretty good!
5Having this has actually made me feel more energetic, it fills you up well, I’m not a fan of drinks for a meal but it stops you eating rubbish when you’ve not eaten for a while! Grab it and drink!! Think of it as porridge! Fills you up and takes that hunger away. Goes Well With:Between meals to stop you eating pointless snacks.

Great meal replacement
5I ordered the coffee flavour as I plan to use this as a meal replacement for breakfast at work some days when I'm busy. I mixed with water and it tastes like an Oaty coffee. Pretty tasty and feels like a filling, thick shake. I imagine it would be great blended with some ice and an extra shot of espresso. It took a good shake to get it mixed up properly so definitely use a good shaker and I also added abit more water than suggested to get it to mix abit easier. I usually find that shakes don't fill me up and I end up wanting to eat anyway but I definitely noticed that the 'denseness' of this filled me up until my next meal. Overall I'd say to give this a go if you're looking for a good meal replacement shake that you can use for times when you can get a solid meal in easily. Well done MP, keep it up!

Utter Let Down
1Bought this to try for myself and my partner for those days when making something in the morning is a burden. Unfortunately, the texture of the product, even after a long shake, is very bitty and grainy. The taste is off putting and to be fair, was bad enough to get rid of my hunger craving. Afraid the one sip I took was enough for me to pour the shaker contents down the drain. I think it’s a great idea but the execution is to be further desired.Goes Well With:Disappointment.

First impressions
5I was a little Sceptical about mixing it with water and thought the consistency wouldn’t be very thick, I was wrong. I added the recommended 4 scoops to the water in a blender bottle and gave it a good shake. It mixed perfectly with no lumps and was a lot thicker than I expected and tasted pretty good (chocolate flavour). I had it for breakfast and It kept me from feeling hungry up until lunchtime. Going to try mixing it with chilled water next as I think it will taste really good cold! Goes Well With:Water

Great Product For Breakfast
5Just given BeNu a chance as often I don't have the chance to make breakfast early in the morning. The chocolate flavour tastes great and is so easy for me at silly o'clock when I need to shoot off!

It’s okay.
4Bought the chocolate flavour. First couple of servings gave a really poor mixture, a grainy, bitty texture, using the smart shaker. It mixed much better with a blender but still couldn’t get rid of that slight grainy residue. It’s creamier than I thought, even with water. The taste is okay, not quite as desserty/indulgent as normal protein shakes. Good macro balance, 400kcal per serving so I’m getting 1200 kcal a day on 3 servings. Couldn’t say if it’s having a positive effect on me as I’ve only been taking them for a few days, but they do feel me up and I have found myself eating less. Great if you’re on a hard calorie deficit or even needing extra calories at the end of the day.Goes Well With:Water, as per instructions. Would work with a milk alternative like almond.

Foul
1Mixed this in a power blender to make it as well combined as possible, was still gritty and the taste is pretty poor - overwhelming pea protein flavour. About 15 minutes after eating it my stomach making me feel like it wants to eject it straight back out into the toilet. Goes Well With:plastic bucket

Avoid vanilla
3The product itself isn't too bad, good quality shake and content, but the vanilla flavour isn't particularly palatable. Not sure whether the choc or others are much better but I definitely found myself struggling without mixing in other flavours. Goes Well With:Oat milk ; coconut milk
