5Actually has 0 flavour which was good seeing as I had been warned about terrible it can taste, really nice boost to workout seeing as I'd never tried this stuff before, will be using again, although found I had to use the energy it gave.Goes Well With:shakes

5After taking this Creatine Monohydrate I noticed the difference in the number of reps I can do in a set almost immediately. It really does increase my endurance, it's the best value for money supplement out there! Mixability is awful though so I just put 5g of the stuff on my tongue and then wash it down with water.

Taste is off putting
4Although Creatine Monohydrate is a great product I couldn't handle the taste of it as it made me feel sick with the smell and taste. It was like drinking flour and water.

5This Creatine Monohydrate does have a positive effect on energy production, however it is not significantly noticeable. But for being so cheap, even a small benefit is worth it, I would definitely recommend the product and have been using it for good few months now with no problemsGoes Well With:Soy Protein

5I'm now in the loading phase, and after 4 days, I can definitely feel the difference. I've put on 3 pounds of lean mass (I know it is mostly water at first, but I can see the difference in the mirror!).

4Creatine Monohydrate is effective but it's hard to get exact measures and there's no scoop provided. The bag splits so you need a small tub to put it in, it's effective and cheap so recommended.Goes Well With:Whey protein, juice, water
