Just neck it!!!
3I've had creapure before which is better but got this on special offer and it's fine. Don't mess about mixing it with juice, just mix it with a small amount of water and 'neck it!' Like dispersive aspirin. Just make sure you follow that with plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated, if not I tend to get cramp in my calves. It is a useful and cheap supplement.

5I've been using Creatine Monohydrate for about 6 months now. The stuff works, it really is amazing! Since I've been taking it, all my lifts have gone up, and my muscles all seem fuller and larger. I do believe this should be the foundation for any supplement stack! I haven't experienced any side effects that people talk about.
