5Upon doing research on Creatine Monohydrate, I decided I would experiment just to try it out and see if all the stories are true. I was not let down in any way! Everyone noticed differences in my size and I have shattered every personal best since my first cycle, with these prices and effectiveness you can't go wrong!

4Before buying Creatine Monohydrate I previously read reviews which said using this would help you build size. Since I have started using this, I have gained weight, though I am still unsure as to whether it is just a placebo effect, or if in fact it does actually work. One thing is for sure is that whatever it is, I have been gaining weight, so I would recommend trying the product, but it is down to your own opinion as to whether it actually works or not.

5Creatine Monohydrate gives noticeable results after 7 days use. I've fuller muscle and can do extra weight/reps. I also noticed a difference in my sprints. I go for the plain flavour and mix with cookies and cream protein. Use a MyProtien shaker and milk for a smooth, tasty shake!Goes Well With:Protein power

5This is the best creatine I have ever used, the powder is super fine so it mixes up in water very well, absolutely no un dissolved grain in the bottom of the shaker. Tastes of nothing. The price is incredible, if you're after a creatine supplement I would recommend this. Goes Well With:Water
