Effective
4Had somewhat plateaued in my training before I started taking this a couple of years ago, but after about a week I noticed significant gains in the weight I was lifting and the best thing is the improvements are still continuing. No discernible taste and mixes more easily than other brands I've tried.

5Creatine Monohydrate is probably the most effective (legal) supplement that's backed up by real science - rather than marketing, hype and 'bro science'. Creatine monohydrate is the cheapest form of creatine, with the least taste and therefore beats all others especially at the price Myprotein has it. Mix it in a warm drink to dissolve it fully and quickly without altering the taste. Go to the gym and do an extra set than usual before muscle fatigue kicks in. It's excellent.

4I really like this Creatine Monohydrate. It mixes really well with no taste, and I think it has helped my lifting performance. I would recommend it.

4Creatine Monohydrate is amazingly priced compared to the rest of the Internet. It mixes pretty well on it's own but perfectly with my whey protein. I felt results after just a couple of days, which is great as I've just started cross-fit training.Goes Well With:Essential Whey 60

Good Product
4This Creatine Monohydrate is a great product, it has no taste whatsoever. It doesn't mix too well though, so I'd recommend either mixing with warm water or mixing in with a shake. I'm starting to see a few gains already. Definitely a thumbs up from me.Goes Well With:Protein Shake Warm Water
