5Great product! This is making an amazing difference to my workouts! At this price it is a steal, as most companies would charge double or more. Has no taste really, which is good. You can just add it to whatever you are drinking. Goes Well With:Water or in your protein shake!

First Class
5I've been using Creatine Monohydrate off and on for a few years in between football training and always see vast improvements. A lot of friends complain about the texture being too gritty but I've never been bothered, just put it in a small glass of orange juice quick stir and down the hatch! In just over a week teamed with True Whey and Thermos I've put an inch and a quarter on my arms and filled out pretty nicely. I cannot knock the product at all! Massive thanks to MyProtein to for a fantastic service every time!Goes Well With:True Whey. Orange Juice.

5Creatine Monohydrate does the job it is supposed to. I put on 7lbs in what I can only describe as bulked muscle in 2 weeks doing the same training routines that I've done for the past 12 months. The taste? Just shake or stir and get it down you. You know the saying, "if it tastes nice, it's probably bad for you". It mixes well if you shake/stir it well. I would recommend and I will be purchasing this again (along with my regular Whey Protein).

Great results
5I started taking this Creatine Monohydrate about 2 weeks ago, as I was new to my local gym and I heard people talking about the benefits of creatine. I do quite a bit of cardio cross trainer AMT and bike work. When I started on the AMT, I could only manage about 4/5 minutes on resistance 6 since, but since taking creatine monohydrate I can now do 15 minutes no problem on resistance 8, and I'm still improving. I take 1 and a half small scoops an hour before the gym mixed with apple juice (my choice), and the same again while I'm at the gym mixed with water. It's an excellent product that's well worth trying.
