Works well
590% percent of reviewers on here go more on the taste than on the results. So, in a nutshell, its mixes well. Onto the results, I purchased the cheapest pouch to test and I'll be honest, the results were good. I wasn't expecting to see a massive difference but by the end of the first week (loading stage) I was inflated pretty well, something to do with water retention, so yeah, you look bigger. However, when you come off it that water retention also comes off so you go from hulking in front of the mirror to wondering what has happened! Overall, it works. I'm back on it. I won't say I was lifting more but my recovery was faster. Keep drinking water when on creatine. I was p*ssing nonstop on this stuff. They don't tell you that, I thought I must be ill with the nonstop urinating, a quick search on the web confirms that this is a common side effect but then, if you're drinking nonstop water, I guess its expected. Cheapest I've seen and works. Goes Well With: Whey protein.

Great value product
5This product is great, only negative comments it gets from other reviews is that it tastes bad. But believe me, if you mix it in with a protein shake you cannot even taste it! This product is great value, has great mix-ability and produces results! I recommend it! Goes Well With: Impact Whey Protein.

Side effects
3The only problem I had with this product before I could actually see the results were that it affected me badly with the side effects. If you do not re-hydrate and maintain hydrated, you will get headaches that last for hours. Also, the Creatine made me very tired and unable wake up in the morning, resulting in missing a few buses/ lessons. The side effects differ for everyone, because everyone is different. If your lucky enough not to get these side effects then I recommend using this product. Goes Well With: Impact Whey Protein and milk. Mixes great!

3The powder will not mix in water you will have to add it to some protein powder . My advice is to buy the BCAA plus tabs aswell and then you have options if you want to train fasted. It has a mild chemical taste but that will be reasonally well masked with any other flavored protien

Creatine Monohydrate
5Very good product, gives me so much energy when I feel weak. Even when I'm not in the mood of going to the gym, it seems to change my mood. Goes Well With: Total gainer, seeing good results with a good diet.

5Forget going with expensive creatine types, its mainly marketing hype. This really does work. Second time on it, Not benching roughly 20-30kg more having been on this for 2 months - it works!

Top quality stuff.
5I am a big fan of this stuff. For the price it is unbeatable, there are other types of Creatine such as kre-alk but have found that to be a much more expensive investment and I get the same results from Monohydrate. I have also never had the issues of being bloated or any pains, and as long as you keep hydrated through the day I imagine will also have no issues. One minor issue would be that it doesn't all mix into my drink and often has some left at the bottom, but it really is a non issue as you can just add more fluid and finish it off.Goes Well With:- Apple Juice - Grape Juice

5This Creatine Monohydrate does exactly what it says on the tin! This was the first ever brand I tried for creatine monohydrate and so far so good! I've seen and felt an improvement in the gym, and outside with recovery times. From using this product I have noticed that I am more thirsty in and outside of the gym so have to up my fluid intake. Overall it's an excellent product that's great value for money!Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein / Water
