Well this is by far the supplement I have noticed the biggest difference from. I do crossfit and all my lifts have gone up alot since I started taking creatine and I also find myself being able to push myself for longer when doing WOD's with heavy lifts involved.

"I mixed mine with Orange and Pineapple Cordial Juice (sugar free) before workouts, and it just tasted like juice. I couldn't even notice if there was anything additional. No lumps, no nasty additional taste or texture. For me, it was simply purely unflavored powder that mixed well and goes well with Orange and Pineapple Cordial Juice. Best value Creatine going."

"just not for me,left me feeling sick and bloated nearly every time i used it...tablets are an easier option.Can't say if it worked or not because i never used it regular,just one of those things,like proteins they don't always suit everybody."

I thought it would take a while to notice any difference but literally the next day I felt I had more energy and was pushing out extra reps and extra sets. AND THE PUMP!!! OMG It's like the weights are a beautiful woman who have just satisfied my needs. This power powder dissolves really quickly it to just half a glass of water with no taste it is easy to drink.

Very cheap and effective product! i have been taking this for a week or so now and havent really noticed major gains yet but can get a couple extra reps compared to before. Wouldnt really know about taste because i put it on a spoon and straight into my mouth and wash it down with cranberry juice! easiest way to get into your system and quick. It defo gives you more energy and have noticed i can run and row for longer without getting muscle tiredness! i usually take 3g before training and 3-5 after in a shaker with whey! mixes well and you taste nothing when mixed. great product! you can defo give yourselves a pat on the back MP!

"Don't worry about the taste just mix it with a protein and milk and there is no difference. Anyway who cares about taste this product works very very well, strength,endurance,size have all greatly improved since using this daily. Highly recomended."
