I don't think this should be included on the products for footballers page. I found that it made my legs very heavy and sluggish which was soon reversed when I stopped using. Just a warning... I wouldn't recommend for high intensity sportsmen.

Loving this product. Have noticed more energy and power in my first use. I take 5mg with my protein 30min before my workout and it works beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this especially by how low that price is!

This is fantastic value for money and is tasteless in a shake or fruit juice. As a crohns sufferer I was worried about this upsetting my stomach but I've been using this for more than a month and no problems so far. I have also noticed a significant improvement in my ability to work out.

"OK I ordered this mono in the afternoon some time yesterday 03/04/2012 and had the overnight delivery option with DPD and they gave me a 1 hour slot for today 04/04/2012 between 14.33 and 15.33. It arrived at 14.45. Need I say more on delivery...Fantastic and you can track it's progress all the way. For those of you worried about taste and mix ability, there is no taste and I mixed mine in some plain sparkling water with a tea spoon, No problems what so ever and there was no taste, I knecked it down with less than half a mug of water. No grainy taste and no after taste at all. I can not really comment on results as I have only had 1 dose so far and about to take my second but I have confidence that this will work well as my son also uses mono. So all you big strong guys out there worried about a little bit of bad taste....Relax, it is fine and your taste buds will stay in tact XD. For any of you having mixing problems I think the sparkling water really helps it mix better and I also use digital scales to make sure I only use 5 grams per helping. Make sure you take plenty of water when using this product and you will have no problems."

"Just brought this product so can not review yet but have a question to others that have tried it. Can I take this without working out for the first few days so it has a chance to kick in? As far as the comments I hear about the taste, well anything that does you good seems to have a bad taste so hold your nose and think results."

"It's true, while it is tasteless in that it is without flavour, consumption of it does leave a taste in your mouth and the texture of it coats your teeth, unless it is well mixed. Having said that, it is not something that dissolves well (think of fine sand). If tablets are in your budget and you can take them, this is an easier way to get it in your body without thinking what to mix it with. First use can give headaches, and can increase thirst. But as with most reviews here, yes it does get to work and very noticeable to."

"Superb product, does exactly what it says on the tin! I always find I work out harder when taking supplements, which is exactly what you need to do to get the benefits of taking them. I have been taking this on and off for the last 6 months or so, sticking to the 8 weeks on and then taking 2-4 weeks off. I have noticed a marked improvement in my muscular energy levels when using it, I feel like I can keep going for longer and train that little bit harder. Mixes just fine in the shaker with the Impact Whey Protein, I prefer thick shakes so I use soya milk and only fill it up about 1/3 of the way and then neck the whole thing. Each to their own though."
