"It's true, while it is tasteless in that it is without flavour, consumption of it does leave a taste in your mouth and the texture of it coats your teeth, unless it is well mixed. Having said that, it is not something that dissolves well (think of fine sand). If tablets are in your budget and you can take them, this is an easier way to get it in your body without thinking what to mix it with. First use can give headaches, and can increase thirst. But as with most reviews here, yes it does get to work and very noticeable to."

"Superb product, does exactly what it says on the tin! I always find I work out harder when taking supplements, which is exactly what you need to do to get the benefits of taking them. I have been taking this on and off for the last 6 months or so, sticking to the 8 weeks on and then taking 2-4 weeks off. I have noticed a marked improvement in my muscular energy levels when using it, I feel like I can keep going for longer and train that little bit harder. Mixes just fine in the shaker with the Impact Whey Protein, I prefer thick shakes so I use soya milk and only fill it up about 1/3 of the way and then neck the whole thing. "The taste isn't great if i am honest and can tarnish your shake if you mix it like i do but really, its creatine they all taste like ass. The gains using this product are, well, amazing. I am currently dieting to lose fat and was luck enough that i didn't get a spike in weight but my muscles look, WOW. I don't seem to have a massive gain in burst energy in the gym but i am certainly getting strength gains and massive pumps, more blood in your muscles, more space for protein, more growth in mass. In all, a really good, balls out Creatine and worth every penny (though there is not very many as this is a cheap product). Anther job well done MP."

"This review wont be to helpful in terms of results, but I hope it helps people that have not taken Creatine before. I had heard lots of good things about Creatine, but it never even entered my head to try a sample before I bought it. I have bought a medium bag and after the first two time I have taken it I have felt really ill and have had to stop taking it. This will obviously not effect everyone, but I would definitely recommend testing this product first by trying a sample. I really wish I could stomach it as it looks like a great product. May try it in pill form instead."

"New to creatine; except in all in one formulas. The main thing was eliminating the taste/texture. The taste I hide with cranberry juice, and the texture. Well boil some water add your creatine and it dissolves - no sandy texture no more and cranberry juice hides the taste perfectly. As for results yes I can see the difference. I will be buying again. "I bought a kilo of Creatine Monohydrate Monday and it turned up yesterday afternoon (Tuesday & on time). I had my reservations about buying the product because I read that caffeine can lessen the effects of creatine, which would be a total waste of my money, but I have ignored the theory and will be giving it a good go anyway. The powder mixes perfectly with still water and has a very neutral taste making it easy to drink. Can't wait to see results!"
