"After using this for 2 weeks I started to see results, absolutely the best on the market for the price. Couldn't ask for better! The only issue I had was with taste, but that isn't really important, the mixture turns out rather grainy, which results in a dry mouth, but it's nothing too bad. If this product could come in a flavoured version it would be absolutely perfect!"

5g Mixes really well with as little as 150ml of Juice/water. Its tasteless and also the best form of Creatine. No messing about and an unbelievable price!

"MUCH better (as well as cheaper) than the high-street-healthfood-shop version I had before (which was like a tub of white sand)... I just scoop it direct into my mouth, take a swig of water and it's gone in an instant."

Will people stop whinging about mixability. Creatine monohydrate does not mix well in anything.-No matter who makes it ! MPs is as good as any and cheaper than most. I take mine pre training with BCAA/EAA powder and caffeine (or thermopure) in a starved state. I mix the powders with the smallest amount of WARM water that will dissolve it and just neck it. Once down I bang some cold water on top with a Thermo tablet and job done. Straight after training I take a double scoop of I Whey after necking the same mix as pre workout but without the Thermo. Doesn't matter about the taste...it works. This system has meant that when taking Creatine I am 5% heavier and my training output increases by 10%. It works it is slightly more gritty

"Great product to say the least. Works very well. Although doesn't mix that well but i recommend taking the creatine right into your mouth and drink it down with sugared water, best dextrose. Definitely recommend a loading faze of about 5 to 7 days when you double the amount you would use afterwards. Concerning guys who write that this particular product doesn't deliver results: you are probably doing something wrong (like drinking caffeine while taking creatine since caffeine neutralises its effect), but if you're doing everything ok and still nothing then it's not the product it's just that particularly your organism isn't affected by it. In rare cases this does happen, a fact backed up by lots of scientific studies. In conclusion: great product, price ridiculously low, nice taste."

Great value - easy to mix and is not making me sick like the last Creatine I tried a few years ago. Well worth buying.
