By far the best Creatine product I have ever used. This has helped my boxing immensly. I use it twice a day: once in the morning with Hurricane XS and once pre workout on its own with water. It mixes well with Hurricane but on its own with water its grainy. But hey taste is not important. If you want results get it down your neck!!!!!!!

I have only just started using this so can't comment on its effectiveness as of yet but thought it worth mentioning that this stuff mixes so well with your shake you wouldnt even know it's there. No grittiness or taste whatsoever. I am taking one dose in my MRP at lunchtime and another dose in my pre workout shake.

"Taking 2 small scoops in my coffee pre workout for a boost and 1 small scoop with my post-workout shake (Impact Blend), definitely improved my stamina and lifting ability, as well as making my muscles look really pumped. Over time it really does help improve size and strength. In both the coffee and the shake, I can't even taste it and it mixes perfectly. Overall great product, highly recommended."

"Despite reading several reviews which suggest this dissolves really well, I have to say it does not. The mono remains very, very cloudy in both hot and cold water even after much stirring and time. Other brands of mono I've used in the past have dissolved almost instantly in warm water by comparison. This is disappointing as of the 5 gram serving, perhaps only 2.5 actually dissolved; and due to the way our bodies absorb creatine, any undissolved powder is wasted. Other than that, it works just fine."

5"After coming from creapure, and CEE, monohydrate actually compares extremely well, if not better than CEE. Does exactly what it says on the tin. If you're not into nutritional jargon and focused on results, it without a doubt does its job in fueling the muscle, full stop. Cheap, effective, brilliant stuff. Delivery with royal mail came next day aswell. Cheers MP."

5"I have used this product once before as I was going for Mens health magazine cover model, I was doing very well in my training and diet but struggled to gain the last little bit of muscle and get to where I wanted to. I started taking the a month before the competition and it was great, within 2 weeks I noticed the difference. I took pictures a month before and then when I was at the competition I came 3rd, but looking back at both sets of pictures there is no way I would have come that close to winning with out this product. The dude that won it has been taking this product for 10 years so he recommended this. remember your goals are achievable and its not cheating by getting a helping hand!"
