Having just finished up a competitors creatine that was very gritty I was pleasantly surprised to fine MP's creatine is so fine its like icing powder! It blends so well you'll never know its in your drink!!

"Recent bought this product, so far no problems with it at all. The only nick I have with this product is that it doesn't mix very well, I find myself constantly stirring my drink to ensure i'm not let with ""grit"" at the bottom of the cup. With that said, there is no taste to the creatine which is great (as products with taste get boring.. fast..). As for the effectiveness, i'll get back to you on that as i'm currently on my loading phase. All in all, excellent product from an excellent seller."

Hickman, I don't think those bowel movements have anything to do with the Creatine, its probably just coincidence that you got a bug at the same time. Creatine doesn't have any side-effects at all, unless you over dose of course. I also recommend that you take plenty of water with your Creatine."
