Ive taking creatine previously and noticed gains in strength so decided to give it another try second time round. People say you dont need a loading phase and first time round I did not use one but reading books on exercise and physiology beg to differ. So would you recomend 20g-30g per day for a week and then decrease the dosage to 5g?

"It does give me a funny stomach in the loading phase. you do need a loading phase, it does take a while to mix in fully, it doesnt taste great. \nITS CREATINE.\nThese things are standard. throw it in with your pre-workout shake, you wont taste it. might get a bit gritty at the bottom. on the other hand, the realistic bodybuilders hand, its cheap, and it works. more power, sustained workouts, better contractions. \nITS CREATINE.\nWhat did you expect?\nIm happy."

Ordered lunchtime yesterday and its just arrived on my doorstep 24 hours later so i recommend using the Royal Mail service and its also the cheapest. Will let you know the outcome of using it in a later review
