I took 5g every morning at around 7.30 and 5g before my workout and my workouts felt better and it really helped me push out the last few reps of a set. in about a month I had gained 7lbs in weight but I know a lot of this would be water. when I stopped taking it as regularly I stopped gaining weight so if you are going to buy this product take it at regular times as when i began taking it regulary again I began to put on more weight.

"Haven't used creatine in years last time I remember using it, it was like necking salt. This mixes well, it's more like powder.Too early to comment if it works, taste's the same as any other creatine."

"I am always wary of reviews which seem too over the top so I will try to restrain myself. I have been taking this creatine for about 2 weeks. Today I went for a run on my usual route, I normally make it round once, panting and wheezing on the final uphill stretch. Today I went round twice and sprinted, and I mean sprinted, up the hill. When I got to the top my breathing was steady. I feel superhuman on this stuff! Ok I did a pretty bad job of restraining myself but anyway, buy some!"

I have been using this product for 1month now but cant see much improvement i have been takin 2 5g scoops a day but as other people had said it works for some and does not for others.

"Hi all, I've been traning for about 3 months now and have had time to work out my max rep weights etc...\nI decided to give the creatine a go after reading much about it on many forums.I've been loading up on Mono for 5 days and have already noticed an increase in my energy levels, lifting weight and the change in definition. Will comment back once I've completed a course and give more detailed feedback but for now I have to say that it works well for me, although I know I will deflate a bit!"

"Been using creatine mono for a few months now and would never go back to not using it. As others have said, make sure you have a week or so off it every now and then. When taking this amazing stuff i definately notice and increase in strength and the intensity of my workouts increases. Not only is it a fantastic product but it is dirt cheap and a 500g pouch has lasted me ages.\nAnother great MP product in my opinion!"

"I mix this with my whey shake, about a heaped teaspoon, one a day. I certainly notice the difference when i'm taking it. I take it for 6 wks then have 1-2 wks off. I've just ordered some more and start again next week. My strength always goes up when i get back on it. really guyz, get yourself some!!!"

"Just orderd my second batch of the mono. iv2e tried other pure monos from leading brands and this stands up to them in quality, but beats hands down in price and value for money.... im getting twice the net weight of mono for atleast £10 cheaper... and finally a flavourless mono that is actually flavourless rather than tasting like chemicals in water, defo great stuff.\n \nValler"
