"im not going to lie this is the best creatine i have had. both in mixability and taste,\nim sure everyone is sick of the grains not diszolving but this is so fine it mixes into anything. i can take it back with water and its not even that bad tasting\nat this price its a good one"

"I found this stuff worked great for me, i made some good gains, mixes well etc. But then i discovered CEE. CEE is more expensive but the higher absorbtion rate and without the need for any sort of loading faze the extra few pennies spent is more than worth it. \n\n"

good stuff am taking with orange juice at the moment but wondering can it be taken in a shake form with whey protien.

i have to give this 2.5 stars only because it gave me the worst stomach cramps etc. It definately works really well but after a few weeks on it everytime i took it it made me feel like my stomach was going to explode my mate also had some and it did the same to him but everyones different so you might be fine.

Mixes very well on its own in water so in shakes it will be great. no added flavors / sugars and very cheap for the amount! impressed so far

"Thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm well impressed. No need to bother with loading. Just one teaspoon a day in half inch of robinsons orange squash and half inch of water. No bother at all. Took about a week and a half before I noticed anything, but it certainly is a benefit.\nJust bought a kg of \nCreatine Ethyl Ester HCL"

"Cheap as chips, does its job. I load with it for the first week and take 2 5g spoonfulls twice a day with fresh orange juice. After the first week i just use the recommended 5g (equivalent to 1 spoonfull). \nCan be drunk with water, but it isnt the nicest so just add some dilutable juice to it, or better yet have your 5g of creatine on a morning with a glass of fresh orange and it goes down a treat. It is a bit gritty (as are all forms of creatine i have ever tried)if you just have it with water so i would recommend using fresh orange. \n\n"
