"Well yeah im someone who doesnt take some thing and expect to see a change overnight, but it did take some time to see some change, but i found it does work, i find taking creatine in the evening then working out abit before bed to be really effective! doesnt always mix on the first drink so have to add some water to get it all, which i dont find to much of a problem.
