"I have used many types of creatine over the years and have to say that this is by far the best, especially the mixability and the no taste, i have been using this one for the last 4 weeks and have noticed the difference in energy and lean mass levels, i had previously used cee and apart from the disgustingly bitter taste i did nothing for me"

"excellent product,,cheap and mixes v.well.Have moved to cce now which tastes horrible unless you use the capping kit.mono is well worth the price if on a budget.better than others brands i have used and mixes better.2teaspoons b4 and after workout in a protein drink and 2 teaspoons b4 bed worked for me.Vgood"

This creatine is of high standard mix 5 grams with 1 big scoop of dextrose and a small scoop of taurine and i swear you will see what i'm saying. Order now it's just as good as any other on the market.

I bought some brand creatine about a year ago but just couldnt continue taking it because it was like drinking sand.\r\n\r\nThe MP creatine is so fine i can barely feel it going down.\r\n\r\nGreat stuff!

"In my personal opinion, I feel CMh works better when consumed post workout. I used it as a supplement with Whey Protein Isolate NZ with about 800 ml of fruit juice and a glass of milk.\r\nTheres no foul taste or any other lingering negatives. And this was unflavoured and no sugar.\r\nExcellent product but wont feel the effects until about 2 weeks into the programme."

"The service was excellent, ordered something else and the box arrived without any dents or any damage and I have had lots of problems with other items. If you do what is suggested and mix it with some Orange Juice then you can't even taste it. The only reason its not perfect was because it doesn't come with a measuring spoon, but thats just me been picky.\r\n\r\n

"This stuff is great! I had a bit of a shock when i seen how cheap it was... but its very good and does exactly what it says on the tin! you would pay triple the price for branded creatine. Why go else where!!! the only down side is it gives yo a bit water retention, but you kind of expect that from monohydrate anyway, plus what harm did a little water retention do anyway!!"

"Its as simple as that! It does what you'd expect top qiality creatine monohydrate to do jut at a better price then the rest. Taste.. its fine! in with a small glass of orange juice and your away, tastes just fine! I'm trying the Ethyle Ester at the mo.... different story when it comes to taste of that stuff I can tell ya! So if you value your taste buds get this stuff!"
