Put in your pre workout drink to give you energy right through your work out. No taste so can mix it with anything. I use concentrate ornage with water.\n\n

If your serious about wanting to see gains I would highly recommend you buy creatine as I noticed big improvements within a couple months. I normally mix 5g with water before and after a workout. p.s don't forget to use this code and get 5% off your first order MP45327 :)

it is best the creatin of the world (tested much type more the share C the only one which save you thin mass and large force) has to mix front 1:00 with grape juice 10g + 5g of hmb then after the drive 10g of creatin + hmb 5g C of the bomb right that the hmb is horrible in taste but good ...... go courage the strapping men small French of 1.75m for 94kg\n

No complaints with taste havent used creapuere long enough to see any gains but will post later on to say if there have been any changes.Only complaint is that i ordered 100g and the tub i ordered did not look like it had 100 g in it but apart for that no complaints.

"thinking of getting this creapure! does it give you water retention, and is it better than cee tablets that i am taking at the moment from mp.\r\nalso what is the recommended dosage. is 3-5g am and 3-5g 20 min before training sound good. and what shell i do for non training days? sorry could not put this on the forum as i had problems logging in."
