4Since the birth of my Son and staying away from hormone pills. I’ve really struggled with PMS. My mental state was really in a bad place. However since starting these I have noticed an obvious difference in how I feel especially the week before Mother Nature arrives. I’m a lot happier and calmer.

Life changing

The best!
5I started taking evening primrose 4 weeks ago. I take once three times a day 1 with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m not sure if it’s related but I suffered really badly with flare ups in my skin and since taking this product my skin has never been better!

5I bought these primrose capsules as they were the cheapest that I could find with the same ingredients as other shops and online retailers are selling. They are quite large, but this is expected with these capsules. The capsules are easy to swallow and a good pack size. Goes Well With:Water

Really helps
5I began suffering with really bad anxiety a week before my period and was getting cramps. I started taking these tablets and my anxiety levels are reduced, I don't get cramps before and back pain has almost completely gone. Would recommend giving them a go.
