I dislike a lot of protien shake so I took a risk with this one
5It mixes very easily but has some sort of seed/rice in it which I found an enjoyable texture. It is very sweet and has a sweetened after taste which is my only dislike Otherwise I really like it and would certainly buy again Goes Well With:Expresso - makes a perfect morning mocha!

5love this protein shake! much better than the others i have tried. I normally use it post workout or as a meal replacement either way it is great!

Diet whey
5Got this for my husband, Only had it just over two weeks so far he is very happy. He replaced breakfast with it and started to excise and so far not been hungry and lost 7 pounds in weight. So last Monday I started to replace my breakfast with it, I have felt a bit hungry but not to bad, I can't excise much but got a vibrating machine so I have been on that lost 2 pounds in weight, very happy and will continue. The Taste is very nice we got the chocolate mint one, will be ordering more I think the banana one. So if your thinking of trying it go ahead. Best thing is no cooking and not much washing up. Can't put our age group because it doesn't have it lets just say 60+.

5Was really impressed with the flavour (banana) although it froths a lot but I don't mind that. Quite bitty with bits of oats floating around but if your okay with that then this is a very good diet whey. Will be definitely buying again
