Tastes Amazing!!
5I have only been using this for 2 days now, I have the Vanilla Cookie & it tastes so good! Haven't tried it with water I just use skimmed milk. I have never used shakes before as I never really believed in them but I'm really surprised at the fact it really fills you and cuts the need to snack out. Deffo recommend! :) Goes Well With:Milk

4Absolutely love these, haven't used them long enough to see a physical difference, however I'm replacing my breakfast and lunch with them as I can't stomach food in the morning and I don't often have time to grab a proper lunch. I am a serial offender for snacking too, but I'm only usually hungry now closer to dinner than before! They taste brilliant (banana, cookies and cream, strawberry shortcake), but you need to give them a really good mix - I don't mind the bits personally. The longer you leave them, the more milkshake-like they taste! Taste great with milk or water, which makes them a versatile tasty shake I haven't come across anywhere else yet, however I have cut dairy out of my diet so I use red top (skimmed milk) with my shakes as the exception and also find bulking it with milk, even with so much less fat, really keeps my hunger and snacking urges at bay! Will definitely be ordering more! Goes Well With:Water, milk, fruit, yoghurt, smoothies

Disgusting
1I'm currently having the Banana flavor and i have to say its absolutely disgusting. I canrt wait to finish the pack and get rid. There is no denying that with a good diet it works because i have lost body fat. However the pure taste of it is nasty. I mix it with water and its just gritty and there are weird jelly like bits in it. I will not be buying this ever again. Goes Well With:/

Best protein I've tried!
5Tried lots of different protein over the years and this is by far the best one I've had! Texture and taste is so good! Double chocolate is my favourite! Definitely recommend. Goes Well With:Great for a quick high protein breakfast!

Ladies - this works!
5It can sometimes be a bit difficult for women to get into protein however this did exactly what it said on the tin (or pouch in this case), not full of all the sweetener stuff, was enjoyable to drink even if you had a blender or on the go and need to 'DIY' shake it and kept me going! I make sure I don't run out of this - great!Goes Well With:I first stared this with the diet pack and it all worked really well together.

Does exactly what it says!
4It is a fantastic way to take in extra protein after a workout and the added oats stay away the after workout hunger! How it mixes is like sand but using a blender or something makes it smoother! Dosnt bother me anywayGoes Well With:Anything

Hmmmm
3Unlike other similar products this one seems to leave you feeling very hungry within an hour.. It also has a very gritty texture that some will not appreciate. If you can get past these 2 points then it seems to keep up the diet side of the bargain. I haven't lost weight ut I haven't put it on either... Try before you buy....... Goes Well With:Water.

perfect for building lean muscle
5I have been using the Myprotein diet whey now for a couple of months. This has really helped me get great definition and build lean muscle! I used the diet whey last year a couple of months before my summer holiday too and the results where highly noticeable! So much that none of the lads would start next to me for a picture at the beach haha! Definitely the choice for you if you're trying to build lean muscle and help with weight loss!Goes Well With:Water or milk, both taste great. Double chocolate is my favourite!
